Pre-School Story Hour: -
Children ages three through five (not in kindergarten) may attend an hour-long, fun-filled session featuring stories, songs, crafts, games and experiments. A 6-week fall and winter session is offered. Story Hour is limited to 20 children and pre-registration is required. The program is sponsored by the Pierce County Library Service.
Summer Reading Program:
A summer reading program is offered to children of all ages to help them maintain and reinforce their reading skills. A weekly, hour-long family get-together includes such things as stories, crafts, puzzles, and songs. Children read independently to earn prizes. Numerous contests and other activities are also conducted.
Page Turners: On the last Wednesday of each month, a lively group of adults meets to actively discuss a fiction or non-fiction book. New members are always welcome.
